BLOOD SUGAR TRACKING

How to keep a blood sugar tracking log

A well-organized glucose log can help you and your healthcare professional review measurements over time. The app stores what you enter; it does not measure or interpret blood sugar.

Record the measurement and unit

Measure with an appropriate glucose meter or other device recommended for you. Enter the value shown and its unit—DailyHealth supports mg/dL and mmol/L—so records can be read consistently.

Add timing and context

When useful, note when the reading was taken and context such as fasting or after a meal. Follow the schedule and instructions given by your healthcare professional, since monitoring needs differ from person to person.

Use the log as a record, not a diagnosis

Do not use an app entry to change medication, food or treatment without professional advice. DailyHealth cannot measure blood sugar through your phone and does not identify a condition. Bring questions or concerning readings to your healthcare professional.

Organize readings with DailyHealth

DailyHealth lets you manually log glucose values, keep their units and context together, and revisit your personal history.
