EVERYDAY WELLNESS

Build a consistent daily wellness tracking routine

A useful wellness routine is one you can maintain. Keep simple records of the things you already want to notice, and review them without treating an app as a source of diagnosis.

Start with a few records

Choose relevant items such as a manually measured blood pressure or blood sugar reading, a heart-rate estimate, water entries, steps, weight, or a medication reminder. You do not need to record everything every day; use the schedule that suits your needs and professional guidance.

Keep context with measurements

Save dates, times, units and useful notes. For blood pressure and glucose, follow the measuring and logging instructions from your healthcare professional. For a heart-rate reading, note relevant context such as whether you had just exercised.

Review patterns carefully

Personal logs can help you revisit what you recorded and discuss it with a professional. They do not prove a cause, diagnose a condition or show that treatment is working. Do not change medication or care plans based only on app charts.
