BLOOD PRESSURE TRACKING

How to organize a blood pressure log

A clear blood pressure log keeps manually measured readings and their context together, making it easier to review a history or share it with your healthcare professional.

Measure with an appropriate device

Use a suitable blood pressure monitor and follow its instructions. DailyHealth does not measure blood pressure through your phone. Enter the systolic and diastolic values shown by your device, along with the date and time.

Keep the record consistent

Use the same units and a consistent routine where possible. Add a brief note when context matters, and avoid drawing conclusions from one reading or comparing measurements taken under very different conditions.

Review your history with a professional

An app log organizes information; it does not interpret readings or diagnose a condition. Share your records with a qualified healthcare professional, who can advise how and when to measure and what your results mean for you. Do not change medication based on an app record.

Keep your log in DailyHealth

DailyHealth lets you manually save blood pressure readings with dates, times and tags, then revisit your recorded history.
